The Video and Photography production process can be a very complicated proposition if the right professionals are not involved in every stage of the process. Fortunately, at "AOM", we have developed a simple process that integrates many aspects of video production and engages the right personnel.

The process begins with reviewing all the requirements in the pre-production phase, based on the client and screenwriter ideas. Once the requirements have been delivered and reviewed, the producer and screenwriter will make a presentation to all involved parties. Once the agenda, direction and target audience are set, project development can start.

The project development stage identifies a theme or underlying message. The producer will work with writers to prepare a synopsis and a screenwriter writes a screenplay possibly rewriting it several times to improve clarity, dialogue and overall style. Optionally, the production is storyboarded and visualized with the help of artists to communicate to the production team and start the project.

Once the project has been approved, production starts. A video crew starts the video shots in a controllable environment such as studio, filming on location and/or outdoor sequences. During the production stage of filmmaking, the sound mixer and/or boom operator will record sound in multiple channels to create a stereo sound.
